HNDM is specially designed to produce 2nd level managers to the job market of Sri Lanka & world in Marketing & Human Resource Management fields.

What is SLIATE

Higher National Diploma in Management (HNDM) conducted by the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLATE) which was established by the Act. No. 29 of 1995 of the Parliament of Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka. SLIATE is functioning under the Minister of Education.

To produce Marketing & Human resource 2nd level Managers for the job Market of Sri Lanka & World

The Programme ...

• HNDM Four Year(Full Time course)

• Medium - Full conducted in English Medium

First two years - Theoretical Training

During these two years students are given sound knowledge of field of Management and other relevant areas. After the first year students are given option of selection either Marketing (Special) or Human Resource (Special)

Last two years - Practical Training

During these two years students will be provided with a special vocational training. Lectures will be hold at weekends.
